THE A-LIST:

One hire is guaranteed. However, clients can hire multiple candidates from the same list without paying any additional fees.

  • Clients receive up to 5 rigorously screened candidates
  • All candidates meet the requirements for a specified job
  • All candidates are interested in the position
  • All candidates are within the compensation range specified

We charge a fixed fee, quoted up front. No additional fees are required for making multiple hires.


THE A-LIST EXPRESS:

Primarily intended to augment in-house recruitment efforts.

  • Clients receive a screened list of candidates.
  • Each candidate has been contacted to verify interest and qualifications for the job. Resumes for most are also provided.
  • Clients can contact and hire as many as they like.

We charge an hourly rate.


CUSTOMIZED STAFFING PLAN:

For companies with ongoing sourcing needs.

  • Leverages higher value-adding internal recruiting staff
  • Costs typically one third to one half of in-house staff
  • Sourcing plan built around staffing needs

Our candidates are not just pulled from a database. Rather, each one is individually sourced and screened according to your requirements. Every candidate submitted will be specifically qualified for the position and prepared to interview.

Each submission is also completely confidential, and we will not re-submit candidates unless the position or candidate's qualifications have changed, or three months have passed without the position being filled.
